The DIT SPB 08 roller plucker is suitable for chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, geese and ducks

The roller plucking machine is composed of:

• support feet;
• drill locking system with the possibility of inserting a bag for collecting feathers;
• support grid for comfortable and safe plucking;
• DIT RU08 stainless steel plucking roller.

The animals will be immersed in a bathing tank with a controlled temperature (Max 60/70°C) so that the feathers are released easily.
Plucking phase: operate the roller using the driving force of a drill or screwdriver (recommended speed 350 – 400 rpm), bring the animal closer to the protection grid placed above the roller, place the animal and move it to remove the feathers.
